Horizonte Real Estate
Follow the street into the story.
I rebuilt an earlier real-estate frontend around everyday routes: arriving, passing through and taking a break, with category sections, editorial notes and a sample contact form.
Earlier implementation rebuilt for this portfolio
Three responsive routes, two category sections, fourteen downloadable notes and a browser-only message example
Where this started
A long home page introduced the real-estate subject through people, businesses and spaces. Separate document and contact routes supported that story. This rebuild keeps that arrangement distinct from the management project.
The page needed a new voice grounded in ordinary uses of a place. It also needed to retain the diagonal compositions and content depth while removing real-world product claims, institutional materials and contact details.
My part
- Frontend & interaction
- On the earlier project, I developed the frontend and its interactions in collaboration with designers. I credit the original visual direction as collaborative work.
- Reconstruction
- I brought that structure into the Horizonte. portfolio identity, replaced the text and imagery, and connected the document cards and contact controls to working local outcomes.
Decisions
Write from the route a person takes
The new copy starts at the pavement and moves through entrances, shops, services and places to pause. Concrete situations carry the home page through its campaign, category and manifesto sections.
Give the images a stated purpose
Generated plazas, building views and work scenes illustrate the editorial narrative. Captions make their fictional role explicit, and the campaign image remains a still rather than an inactive video control.
Use categories as reading sections
The FIP block introduces the business side of the story; the FII block brings attention to spaces. Both remain category examples without invented individual funds, commercial terms or performance claims.
Bring each small action to a result
Fourteen cards open short notes and offer text downloads. The contact selectors assemble a visible summary, and reset clears the choices. Neither path suggests that a financial service or real inquiry has been initiated.
Looking back
Entrances, pauses and nearby activities gave the long page a concrete thread. That thread allowed the writing to change substantially while the page order, diagonal motif and small interactions continued to work together.
Project note
The earlier frontend was implemented by me alongside designers. Identity, generated scenes and fictional written content are adapted for this portfolio. The category sections are illustrative, the notes carry no legal effect, and the contact form does not deliver inquiries. No actual financial service, verified business result or sole authorship of the original design is represented.
